We were first time home buyers and Sandra was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the market and guiding us through the home buying process. She was incredibly responsive and answered all of our (many) questions throughout the entire process. She understood very quickly the kind of home my husband and I were looking for and showed us houses that were just what we were looking for.
